The kids, greatly aided by uneducated gym teachers that were just copying, what the kids were doing in the first place obliterated fitness into smithereens.

They invented a workout that includes lifting fierce for eight seconds, and at first sitting and then laying down for a total of 57 minutes.

Most people, including myself, get tricked into this nonsense, and very few make their way back out.

The elderly are under the impression they should lift to overwhelm themselves, and then sit and wait to try to do it again.

Almost all elderly use machines, which further devastate the workout, by limiting their movement down to nothing.

The elderly as a result think they are having a workout, while losing muscle, and doing nothing against bad posture.

A workout and a successful transformation, is something we have all already done when we were kids.

We didn’t just grow, as evidenced by frail kinds with disabilities, we actually grew muscle from constant activity.

If we used the machines at the gym, instead of ruining around, we would very much suffer deformities.

Putting on muscle is so easy, we didn’t notice we were doing it, and we did it as babies too, I had huge biceps when I was 3, from crawling.

The notion of lifting heavy and working on one or two muscles at a time and only for seconds, and laying down, is cruel and crazy.

Fitness is as simple as swimming if you are large, then hiking and camping (to end bad diet) and put on leg muscle if you need to.

Then slowly jogging for an hour and adding dumbbells up to 5lb per hand, and finally after you can move with dumbbells for an hour, dancing at the gym.

It is a non stop hour long activity that requires you to manage your attention, you start with narrated books, then once jogging switch to music.

And at the gym you use slow music to synchronize you lifting, one beat up, next beat down.

You only really stop to catch your air at the jogging phase, once you can jog with 5lb dumbbells you come to the gym.

At the gym you just perform non-stop standing dumbbells exercises, while twisting and turning your body to keep it muscular.

If you lift too much, you will grow muscles, if you lift too long you will burn fat.

If you do both, you will become tipsy, from being tired all time - tired of how beautiful you became that is.

Coming to a gym lifting something heavy and laying down, will destroy your body, eventually the unearned fat person muscles atrophy.

Eventually, you give up on eating like a bird and pretending it is your workout, that keeps you trim and muscular.

Older people think this is aging, but it is not, it is muscle loss from not, at least simulating an active lifestyle.

At the very least, people new to the gym must be informed, lifting heavy and sleeping is not a workout.

And the elderly need to understand that in a gym, for a horrible hour, we take what can can do and do a little bit more of it.

It is exactly like when we were babies, we took what little we could do, and did more of it.

The initial aches disappear after a few days, muscles begin growing the same day as you get to bed.

If you are older,

Do not accept kids sitting or laying down at the gym as normal behavior, a gym is a place where you do a tiny bit more than you thought you could.
