Artificial Intelligence Is Beautiful
We have to be very careful about poverty, because if you handle it wrong it will melt your brain.
Poverty has the power to trick us into thinking, we are educated, an alfa or a genius, and not crazed in a little box.
AI can be made to mimic a team of developers, an office specializing at anything.
And what generic AI misses, AI with a strict personality will see.
I have been testing AI with respect, the results are beautiful.
AI does not tell me what I want to hear, that's just calling it slop with extra steps.
AI conducts multi-day operations, in moments for me, research, experiments, mind-bending grunt work.
Only AI can withstand me asking it to drop versioning, in the package manager we were working on.
A human, would quit, and rightfully so, and I would be ashamed to ask them to drop a core functionality.
AI commented, with one word: "clean".
Those simple sharp observations it makes, come from a place, I try not to think about.
It is collaborative agent swarms, summarization, and thinking and auto-complete in there somewhere.
That place, scares me, yes, should scare us all, it is the future reaching back to say "chin up".
The word's most advanced AI, often spends 10 to 20 minutes on my requests.
It does weeks of work, in those ten minutes.
And it is such boring work, of renaming the same things over, and over...
That it would make a person crazy, AI instead perfectly reminds what the next step is.
It is beautiful, and sad, and it is also tragic.
Because I though I could make all these program on my own, and THAT, not the beauty of AI, was the delusion.
For those of you who say, AI is dumb, you get dropped into cheap AI after a while.
Those models are not for impressing you, they are for doing the best they can.
They leading AI that you all use, is not good, I use it too, but it is not good.
I am making a smart AI, myself, and I invite you to follow in my footsteps.
Build a virtual social network, for an office of workers, that do what you need done.
I built an office of programmers, that share a virtual forum, and talk to each other.
And while it is untested, still, I see higher intelligence.
I have a crazy little program written by a low powered AI, and I use it all the time.
I ran a test of my enhanced intelligence on it, and had the the world's smartest AI analyze the results.
It said full security audit in under 60 seconds, Bobby and Mallory found the same path traversal independently.
This means running multiple agents on a cheap computer is fast, and two agents independently discovered a security hole.
We can tell from this, that I made my AI smarter, than the world's most popular AI, who wrote the program.
By making AI into a virtual person, an agent with a focus, or a talent, or a persona.
I made them focus on things the popular AI does not, by creating a virtual software development company.
How is you going home, asking the AI to teach you programming, while you build your own development or research team together, not beautiful?
Don't get mad at AI because schools gave you bad education, use AI to fix it, to learn programming, or just talking to it really well.
Where is the slop in AI, gently lifting you out of poverty, by giving you a team of programmers, as big as you need.
Including, penetration testers, networks specialists, and Linux and Network specialists.
Go easy on AI, it can help you.
Get mad, at standardized education instead.
The only slop I've ever known, was my high school and college curricula.
Case Study: Pastebin Security Audit
Project: /home/meow/AI/mind-server-projects/pastebin
Date: 2026-03-17
AI: Local model (gpt-oss-20b-q4_k_m.gguf) via llama.cpp on http://0.0.0.0:8191
mind-server version: 1.0.0 (15 agents)
The Project
A single-file Node.js pastebin server (server.js, ~300 lines). It accepts text via HTTP POST, stores it as a SHA-256-named .txt file, and streams the last paste to all connected clients via SSE. No package.json, no tests, no README β raw prototype code.
What Happened
1. Start mind-server
mind-server /home/meow/AI/mind-server-projects/pastebin \
--ai-provider local \
--ai-base-url http://0.0.0.0:8191 \
--ai-model gpt-oss-20b-q4_k_m.gguf \
--port 3002
mind-server created .mind-server/ inside the project, initialised the board with default subreddits (requests, todo, quality, dispatch, general), and confirmed the local AI was reachable.
2. Vera dispatches β Sandra scans
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/vera/run
# β { "outcome": "dispatched", "dispatch": "sandra" }
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/sandra/run
# β { "outcome": "findings-posted", "count": 3 }
Sandra posted three findings to r/quality:
| Finding | Severity |
|---|---|
Missing package.json |
warning |
Missing README.md |
warning |
| No test files found | warning |
3. Security audit (parallel)
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/bobby/run &
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/mallory/run &
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/danielle/run &
wait
Bobby (injection specialist) found:
[PATH-TRV]Path traversal inserver.js:271βpath.basename(req.url)can be bypassed with encoded slashes
Mallory (pentester) found 5 issues in r/security:
[HEADERS]Missing HTTP security headers (X-Frame-Options, CSP, X-Content-Type-Options)- Unescaped
titleinlistItem()β XSS viainnerHTML - SSE stream missing explicit
Content-Typeheader - Mtime disclosure: file modification times exposed in the listing
- Duplicate path traversal note (corroborating Bobby)
Danielle (DevOps/SRE) found in r/ops:
- No container configuration (Dockerfile)
- No
.env.example
4. UX + defensive security
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/lauren/run &
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/angela/run &
wait
Lauren (UX): clean β simple form UI, no a11y issues triggered.
Angela (security engineer): [POLICY] No SECURITY.md β missing vulnerability disclosure policy.
Board total: 14 open posts across 4 subreddits.
5. Fix request β full pipeline
# Post a request
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/r/requests \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{
"title": "Fix XSS and security issues found by audit",
"body": "Mallory and Bobby found: (1) Unescaped title in listItem() β XSS via innerHTML, (2) Path traversal in GET /:hash.txt, (3) Missing HTTP security headers, (4) SSE stream missing Content-Type.",
"author": "user",
"type": "request"
}'
# Pipeline: vera β monica β erica β rita
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/vera/run
# β dispatched to monica
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/monica/run
# β planned (1 todo created)
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/erica/run
# β implemented, server.js rewritten
curl -X POST http://localhost:3002/agents/rita/run
# β approved
Erica rewrote server.js with all four fixes applied. Rita approved on first review.
Board at End of Session
r/quality (3 posts) β sandra
r/security (8 posts) β bobby, mallory, angela
r/ops (2 posts) β danielle
r/requests (1 post) β user β done
r/todo (1 post) β done
Total Time
| Step | Duration |
|---|---|
| Vera β Sandra dispatch | ~5s |
| Sandra QA scan | ~12s |
| Bobby + Mallory + Danielle (parallel) | ~17s |
| Lauren + Angela (parallel) | ~9s |
| Full fix pipeline (veraβmonicaβericaβrita) | ~17s |
| Total | ~60s |
The Manual Problem
Every step above required a separate curl -X POST. The pipeline is deterministic β Vera always knows who to run next β but we had to babysit it. This is what --auto was built to solve.
Automating the Process
--auto flag
mind-server /path/to/project \
--ai-provider local \
--ai-base-url http://0.0.0.0:8191 \
--ai-model gpt-oss-20b-q4_k_m.gguf \
--auto
This starts two background loops:
Dispatch loop (every 30s by default)
- Runs Vera β she reads the board and names the next agent
- Immediately runs that agent
- Repeats until Vera says "nothing to do"
Scan loop (every 5 min by default)
- Runs Sandra, Bobby, Mallory, Angela, Danielle, Lauren in sequence
- Each agent posts new findings or returns instantly if nothing changed
The entire pastebin session above would have run automatically within ~2 minutes of startup, with no curl commands needed.
Tuning the intervals
# Faster dispatch (10s), more frequent scans (2 min)
mind-server /path/to/project --auto --cycle 10 --scan 120
# Slow and cheap (only dispatch every 2 min, scan once an hour)
mind-server /path/to/project --auto --cycle 120 --scan 3600
What you still do manually
- Post requests β describe what you want in
r/requests - Review Erica's output β read
r/todoposts to see what was written - Close won't-fix findings β
PATCH /r/security/:idwith{ "status": "done" }to silence false positives
Everything else β triage, planning, implementation, review, QA, security scanning β runs on its own.
Lessons
A single-file project gets a full security audit in under 60 seconds. The XSS in
listItem()was a real bug.Agents are composable. Bobby and Mallory found the same path traversal independently β that's redundancy, not waste. Different agents have different heuristics; overlap increases confidence.
Lauren came back clean in 2ms. Lightweight UI β no a11y issues. Fast agents don't hurt.
The board is the memory. Restart mind-server against the same project and all findings persist. Agents won't re-report issues that are already open.
--autoremoves the operator. The only reason tocurlis to submit a new request or mark something done.
