The world seems to have settled on the slowest possible method, that relies on a lot of sitting, lifting to heavy and unwisely cutting of circulation.

I suspect, the scientific research that encourages this kind of… behaviour, is simply bro science, with bro peer-review backed by a greedy bro university.

Dumbbells cycling is just three standing excercises that you perform, one after another Lateral Raise, Standing Bicep Curls, and Overhead Shoulder Press.

Each works a differetn muscle group, so you can do your dumbell dance non-stop.

Now our guest speaker will briefly introduce the technique, as he has to leave soon, please start with the Lateral Raise.


Lateral Raise: Alright! The lateral raise is essential for those big, broad shoulders! Stand up straight, grab some weights, and lift your arms out to the sides until they’re parallel to the ground. Feel that burn! This exercise gives you the width like a champion—growing those deltoids!

Standing Curls: Now, let’s pump those biceps with standing curls! Grab the weights, and keep your elbows close to your body. Curl up the weights, squeezing your biceps! Overhead Shoulder Press: Finally, we have the overhead shoulder press! Stand tall, weights at shoulder height, and press them up above your head. Feel that power surge through you! This builds strong shoulders and develops great upper body strength. Make sure to keep your core tight—this isn’t just an arm exercise, it’s for overall dominance!

I must add, that the Overhead Shoulder Press is the relief exercise, when your arms or biceps start hurting you lift above your head.

This restores your blood-flow, and normal operation.

There is no such thing as muscle failure, and marathoners are proof of that.

But don’t cut off your circulation, as that will ruin your exercise.


You earn an hours worth of jogging endurance, and then start jogging with three pound dumbbells.

And you keep adding more weight, until you get to 5 or 7.5, and need to slow down.

That is when you come into the gym, and perform the cycle for 30 minutes or 60.

You lift light, but no so light that you can lift more, and you never list so heavy that you must stop.

You can stop for a few seconds or a minute between songs, but the cycle keeps you going.
