The Fierce Young Lady

This is a simple text confirming that being fierce, does fix all your problems.

And that it is a path away, from where every else is going be it by trick or choice.

You will encounter the finest and silliest, human beings here, and most importantly, and by far, the wisest.

The force of mediocrity, you’ve felt it you entire life.

Your parents, want you to have convenient ideas.

It does not matter how realistic they are, so as long as it convenience all around.

Become a Doctor or Lawyer, even though AI does it better.

Memorize for good grades, even though that is not real education.

The most outgoing classmates, who ruin their lives the fastest.

Will attempt to drag you in, to make them selves feel better.

Your teachers will cheerfully, endanger your future with a GPA.

And everyone everywhere, will sacrifice anything and everything

For easy virtue, and the pleasant feeling that comes with it.

This is, philosophically speaking, a state of bankruptcy.

That create a puddle of melted ice cream, that all the parasites can conveniently feed on.

Don’t worry, so as long as you don’t buy into this, you are not part of it, and never will be.

Adventure, Programming, and Philosophy, is where a Fierce Lady has her beginning.

And first thing you absolutely must do, is figure out who the philosopher are

And show them how short they have fallen, and how embarrassed you are for them.

During your adventures you are sure to encounter, narrated books penned by the so called academic philosophers.

That is if they successfully find a narrator, willing to undertake the exercise of patience.

And from there, you pause on one knee, and scribble your zingers.

Like Miss Rand was fond of saying, “check your premise”.

I encourage you to begin your letters with the words, “Solve your contradictions, before calling your self a philosopher.”

This is what everyone has forgotten, and what you remember on the trail.

They say stand on the shoulders of giants, but no one states what shape the giants need to be in.

Programming, is no longer about typing code, you ask AI for a program…

And if you like it, you tell it to refactor it, into a professional state of the art application.

Programmers of today are asked to become, daring systems architects.

This is where a Fierce Lady sharpens her wits, and it is a life long process, not unlike puzzle solving.

Today, you are not supposed to fix AI mistakes, you just tell it to refactor the app into something better.

You will discover that Adventure, Philosophy and Programming, are really one and the same.

It is a useful part the ancient quest for growing up, and always all the way up, until you become a great being.

By choosing to stand as a fierce warrior, you have already solved all your problems.

And the one thing that was unclear, is that there is a quest, the quest of greatness, that is the geometric opposite of mediocrity.

The world will hate you, and perhaps even howl, but once you taste actual growing up, you will know your way.
